Malaysia offer better protection than Australia, says UN

The Australian House on Representatives will vote on Thursday a bill to bypass a High Court ban on asylum seekers. UN refugee agency says that the Australian legislation, that held in indefinite mandatory detention people who seek asylum, does not allow asylum seekers to work or live in the community.
